Reward for students

SALEM: Salem City Police selected 15 children of the executive and ministerial staff members who scored high marks in the SSLC and higher secondary examinations for cash rewards worth Rs. 49,000.

The students are: M. Vijayalakshmi, S. Nithya, M. Vignesh, R. Aiswarya, K.S. Jananipriya, R. Dhinesh Kumar, S. Radhika, N. Divya, V. Priyadarshini, P. Yuvarajan, V. Anand, S.M. Sindhuja, S. Dhinesh, M. Rajthilak and S. Deepak Raja.

The sum was already sanctioned by the Educational Prizes Fund Committee and the cheque for the same had been received, a press release from Inspector General of Police and City Police Commissioner Sunil Kumar Singh said.
